About our Artistic Director
Vyctori Joié, Founder and Artistic Director of Leap of Joié Dance Studio, is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. Following graduation, she returned to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her passion for youth development through dance and education.
Dance has always been at the heart of her journey. She believes every child deserves a space to express themselves, build confidence, poise and grace, and discover their unique gifts through movement.
For over fifteen years, she has used dance as a tool to teach, mentor, and inspire young dancers. Throughout her career, she has worked with children in schools, studios, community programs, and performance settings, helping them grow both technically and personally.
Her passion for teaching, combined with her commitment to empowering youth, inspired her to establish the Leap of Joié brand. As one who values both education and dance, she continually seeks creative ways to enrich children's experiences. She expanded Leap of Joié's mission by writing her first book, Leap of Joié: My First Day of Ballet. The book was created to help children see themselves in the world of dance. Today, Leap of Joié serves as both a dance and literary brand focused on inspiring the next generation to take a leap of faith toward their dreams.
Through every class, performance, and page she writes, Vyctori remains committed to helping children discover their potential and pursue their dreams with confidence.

"Take a leap of joié, a leap of faith, and a leap of hope towards your dreams.” -Vyctori Joié
